Meet with Dr. Turell by HIPAA-secure Zoom videoconference for a comprehensive initial psychiatric evaluation. Upon completion of the session, a prescription will be mailed to you or called in to the pharmacy of your choice. Please note: Initial telepsychiatry sessions are for people who live out of the Greater Cleveland area who cannot travel to Strive's Shaker Heights location. For people who live in Greater Cleveland/Northeast Ohio, we ask that you come in-person for your appointment. A copy of your Health Insurance, State ID/DL, and a signed consent are required prior to your appointment.

Meet with Dr. Turell by HIPAA-secure Zoom videoconference once per week for 4 consecutive weeks. Help bring your symptoms under control faster, with more opportunities for evaluation and adjustment. Establish a routine, notice the effect of medication and behavioral interventions, and develop a sense of accountability. Schedule the first session now, and the remaining sessions at the end of each visit.

Urgent Behavioral Health Visit

Be seen for an urgent behavioral health matter within 48 hours. Discuss a sudden, severe problem, medication side effect, withdrawal, or interaction.

AVAILABLE 9-10AM THE NEXT DAY.

Note: This is not for behavioral health emergencies or medical emergencies. This is not for initial evaluations or to be seen sooner for follow up appointments. If your situation occurs on a weekend or a holiday, please call 911 or go to the ER.

Spravato treatment - 2 units, 56mg

Receive the Spravato nasal spray with 2 nasal spray containers to treat your depression. Used for the initial treatment and whenever this dose is selected during other treatment sessions. Sessions last for 2 hours. After the sprays, you can rest and relax in our treatment room with relaxing music and the lights off. We will check your blood pressure during the session. You can rest, read a book, journal, or take a snooze-it's your time! Note: Someone must pick you up after the session. You cannot drive yourself home, and it is recommended you stay home and not work for the rest of the day.

Green Dragon Herbal Medicine has been formed to offer medical marijuana certification to people with a qualifying medical need. Refer to the Strive or Ohio website for a list of qualifying conditions.

Sign up for an initial evaluation to determine whether you qualify for medical marijuana, discuss risks and benefits, and determine whether you take any medications or have any medical conditions that would make medical marijuana inadvisable.

If you qualify, you will receive your medical marijuana certification card the same-day, allowing you to go to a medical marijuana dispensary.

Note: You may be required to pay a separate fee to the state to issue your card.

Providing you 1 week of TMS sessions Monday through Friday. Take advantage of TMS Theta-Burst Treatment protocol that reduces active treatment time to 3 minutes per session! Initial mapping session lasts 1 hour. Total treatment session time lasts 20 minutes. A good treatment for Major Depressive Disorder, OCD, Depression with Anxiety, or ADHD. Initial session costs $400 and includes a treatment session. Remaining treatment sessions cost $250 each.

I am new to strive. I have been through a lot seeking psychiatric help and mental wellness.. I wish I would have found Dr. Turell a long time ago.. Amazing human being and healer.. He listens and hears and treats you like a person.. Highly recommend

WHEN NOTHING WORKS THERE IS HOPE. I am about 3/4 way through treatments. I am 51 & am used to being thrown on meds & hearing try this, give it time. Dr. Turell offers something besides meds though. An actual cure.
Before I thought nothing will ever change. Nothing will ever be better. I feel more secure at my house & people don't like me. I don't even know why I felt this way.
Now I get out & do things, go new places. I don't blame myself for every little thing. I don't feel people dislike me.
I felt better after my 2nd session. There is nothing to loose here. I figured if it doesn't work there is no way I could feel worse than PTSD a TBI, very severe depression, anxiety, multiple suicide attempts & mental wards. All saying be honest & we will help you. I was honest so why couldn't they help me? Dr. Turell helped me when no one could. He gets it. He understands. It's not like I wanted to be unhappy or insecure with stomach disorders, while not being able to focus or remember things. I would lie & tell my kids it gets better just hang in there. For me though; it didn't get better. Meds didn't help past a short time or not at all.
I absolutely love life now. I'm in the moment & can focus. My TBI is better. PTSD is better. Best of all is that it didn't come from a prescription. It came from within me. Who would have thought? Dr. Turell not only thought but he truly believes in this treatment & so do I now.

I started TMS with a HAM-D score of 28 and am almost done and my score is down to 7! I greatly benefitted from Dr Turell's listening, understanding, advice, and empathy. I had tried many medications and nothing had worked. I was going to give up but TMS has given me a new ability to appreciate life. Thank you!
